Surveillance footage pulled from a recording studio has captured the shocking moment in which Ceelo Green was assaulted..by a cell phone.
It is unclear when the incident happened but the footage was obtained by the Twitter use ‘I am Philly Chase’ who shared it with his (or her) followers on social media minutes ago.

Unconfirmed reports claim that the phone was the infamous Samsung Galaxy Note 7 which was discontinued after customers reported that the device would often overheat and explode.
When batteries explode, it’s often the failure of manufacturers to make sure no explosion will happen. Exploding batteries can be the consequence of overeager companies pushing technology to the limit. As our screens gets bigger and phones more powerful, they need more energy, but most of us are unwilling to give up battery life or charging speed.
Could the pressure to compete with Apple’s iPhone empire sit at the root of Samsung’s explosive (and potentially Ceelo’s) woes?

Jesus, when I saw this, I damn near fell of my chair too! Hope he’s alright because can you imagine the sort of damage an exploding phone would do to your face? All that hot lithium and s***. Tragic on SCAMSungs part.
I cant decipher if this looks staged or not like people have been saying…. Howevere its Samsungs fault anyway, I cant imagine the work overload their legal team has sitting on their desks since their cheap phones started blowing up on people…. Maybe Samsung needs to start making military grade weapons.
