Dawn’s not struggling though. She’s an independent artist doing her thing the way she wants.
She sort of is the whole package. Idk what it is why some people blow up (i.e. Camila – Kind of a reach in a way, but still), but then someone like Dawn doesn’t blow up. It’s so weird.
We cannot downplay Dawn’s overall viable success, anything she’s apart of whether independently or backed by a label has been a noteworthy feat in a unsteady music industry climate. She’s always aligned herself with the right people for her overall distinct brand of success. She’s doing her thing in her own lane.
