All roads lead to November 23rd for Rita Ora.
The Pop sensation will at long last unleash her sophomore album ‘Phoenix’ on the masses after clearing a number of lofty hurdles.
Indeed, in the six years since she debuted on the scene with ‘ORA,’ the singer has experienced the peaks and troughs of stardom.
For while she amassed five UK #1s, achieved global notability, and became a fixture in fashion, she found herself in the midst of a legal wrangle with her former label which prevented her from releasing new music.
With that drama in rearview and current single ‘Let You Love Me’ morphing into one of her biggest hits yet, it’s all systems go for Ora to rise like a ‘Phoenix.’
Ahead of its official arrival, the LP’s official tracklist has been unveiled and features the likes of Cardi B and Julia Michaels.

She keeps trying and we keep rejecting. When will she take the hint?
She is actually scoring #1s in uk and all over Europe. It’s only AmeriKKKa that doesn’t wanna let her win lol, and she is huge in fashion world. And she scored a worldwide hit with that song from the shades soundtrack.
My thoughts exactly & her voice is way better than Ri-Whine-A!! She’s a great live vocalist!!
Vocally she’s better than Rihanna but in the scheme of things her vocals aren’t that great and she lacks any charisma in any other part presentation so Rihanna actually ends up the better artist.
I see on the deluxe version there is a song called Cashmere, I hope it isn’t a vibe of the prince song ?
Name one major European country apart from the UK where she’s had a Number 1 solo single and no Poland is not a major European country.
We love her in the UK and so we should as she has it all.
My only negative is she’s released a lot of songs of this album so only really a handful of new songs. Thankfully there’s a deluxe version.
We don’t love her, the comments in the Daily Mail section can put that to rest.
The fact that you’ve mentioned the daily mail says it all. The DM is a racist and fascist tabloid which is narrow minded and extremely right wing and bias and represents 5% of the population. The facts speak for themselves, 4 number ones amd the chart record for the most top-ten hits as a female artists. You just invalidated your opinion and probably the last 24 hours of your life.
More than half the songs have been released already. Three of them arent even originally hers but she was featured on them.
This is sad and it maks it pretty clear she didnt actually work on a concept album. Just three some barely successful pre released singles (some of which was released over two years ago) for the streaming points so she can MAYBE go gold in the US.
Next!
I’m actually excited to hear it.
The problem in the US is that the majority of the singers that play on the radio are 1) overplayed non-stop like a broken record and 2) not many foreign artists get airplay or a break. In Europe it is A LOT more fluid. Talent from all over the world.
Yes “talent” like Cheryl Cole, Little Mix and Olly Murs. No thanks you can keep them.
I totally agree with you. US music market is not easily accpeting of other country’s music, but the other way round go check many nation’s chart, u will find about 4-5 US acts in the top 10 without even any promo therr.. But I hope Let You Love Me is her music breakthrough because it is good. And most of their top radio played songs are honestly poor. For example mumble rap. American music consumers need to be very open and not let the establishment dictate the general state of music.
Are u brazilian Rodrigo?
The US ain’t the end of the world, Europe and Asia collectively represent a bigger market together. Rita is successful elsewhere in the world – go figure.
Basically the opposite of Nicki Minaj – successful in the US but not really bothered about elsewhere. Poprap at its best.
So it’s more like a best of from the last three years
Rita’s got one more American fan right here. She reminds me of what it felt like to be a pop music fan in the late 90s and very early 2000s when I bought tons of music. Her videos tend to look good and they always draw me in. I’m looking forward to the album. I feel sorry for anyone who can’t recognize Rita for the good artist she is.
