Mel B‘s admission of hooking up with her Spice Girls bandmate Geri Halliwell (Ginger Spice) during the height of the group’s fame may have sent shock waves through longtime fans, but now the latter is slamming the claims as untrue.

Expressing her disappointment at the recent revelation (click here to read it in full), Geri issued a statement through a spokesperson to detail the ‘hurt’ and confusion Mel’s words caused.
“[Halliwell] would like you to know that what has been reported recently is simply not true and has been very hurtful to her family,” Halliwell’s spokesman Alan Edwards explained to USA Today. “It has been very disappointing to read about all these rumors again.” [source]
Despite the adversity Geri did want to assure concerned fans this incident will not cause tension between the ladies on their forthcoming reunion tour (set to kick off in May).

Why say such a thing when a person has a family and you guys are/were close? I just don’t understand Mel B. She seems to have diarrhea of the mouth and it’s CONSTANT. Learn to say less or in her case NOTHING at all.
