Ciara is celebrating the release of her seventh studio album ‘Beauty Marks’ today and the set just received an endorsement from one of Pop’s most notable forces – Taylor Swift.

Moments ago, the ‘ME!’ singer took to Instagram Stories to show love to CiCi and encourage her fans to grab a copy/stream ‘Beauty Marks’:
The move comes after Swift turned all the way up front-row at the Billboard Music Awards during Ci’s performance of ‘Thinkin Bout You.’
When it wants to be, the music industry can be more competitive/political than it need be. So, we love to see artists support one another like this.
Tidbit: We’ve been bumping ‘Beauty Marks’ and are especially feeling ‘Na Na,’ ‘Girl Gang (ft. Kelly Rowland)’ and ‘Freak Me.’ What about you?

Regardless how we feel about Taylor, I love this! This should be a regualr thing! Imagine if other artists consistently showed support for other artists’ projects on a regular basis? Especially the high profile ones with massive fanbases. I feel like that would be a great tactic to help the industry and have less people flopping undeservingly. Like the way Tamar’s Love And War single topped iTunes after Gaga promoted it to her fanbase. I should pitch this to an exec lol
True, except most artists and their fanbases nowadays are too insecure to share the spotlight.
Very true. So much that even if an artist endorse or shows support for someone who their fans deem as completion, they will still drag them. It’s sad.
i absolutely agree. i’m not necessarily taylor’s biggest fan, but i respect her for showing support for other artists. major kudos to her.
While I do think this is a nice gesture, there are better albums that needed this attention.

I thought the album was good and it is doing good considering that it is Ciara’s first independent under her own label imprint.
