Malik Yoba has been the center of many-a-hot-debate over the week since speaking out about his attraction to all women, including transgendered women (click here to read).
While fielding some criticism and homophobic jokes, the overwhelming commentary around Yoba’s admission has been positive as he was applauded for his bravery – especially as a man of color – for making such an announcement. However, just days after the ‘New York Undercover’ star’s confession, a Facebook post made by a transgender woman named Mariah Lopez Ebony went viral after she alleged the now-51-year-old actor paid to have sex with her 20 years ago.
The issue? She was only 13-years-old at the time. Details below:

“For all who applaud and solute [sic] Malik Yoba for revealing he is so called ‘Trans Attracted’, understand that either because of deeper issues he has or, because of ‘society’ pushing him and others to deep, dark places, his admission to being sexually attracted to Trans women, is bound to open a Pandora’s box for him; not because the women are Trans, But because many of the Trans women he engaged in sexual exploration and exploitation with on 14th Street, Times Square and elsewhere, were minors. Including myself.

Later going on air to say he was thinking about “suing” outlets who ran the story without proof, the bizarre display came just days after Yoba was slammed by his ex-wife, Terry Vega, for making the announcement about his ‘trans attraction’ before telling his children.
In an Instagram post Vega, the mother of Yoba’s two youngest children, stated:
Why did you NOT have a conversation with our children and wait till last night to text our 1st born with this info. Yet you were preparing your Public months ago on IG! Our children support you and keep so much a secret of what really goes down with our family dynamic. I asked to meet you over a month ago and you have yet to make time. So here I am !! If you know better then do better! Family is first over ALL.

I think he is doing all this for selfish reasons. If he really cared about transxuals he would use his platform to lobby for the transsexual prisoners to no longer be forced into going to male prisons. He is all about himself. He’s dating a transsexual so he wants acceptance.

When I was 16 I had a 33 yo man approach me when I was walking home from work and he told me he was 27 and he wanted to get to know me. I got to know him and he ended up taking my virginity.
