The virtual phenomenon #VERZUZ could see its first group battle if its creators Swizz Beatz and Timbaland get their way.

Fans of ‘Where the Party At?’ stars Jagged Edge may find out the party will be live on IG this weekend as the GRAMMY-nominated quartet is being teased as the next combatants on Beatz and Timbo’s #VERZUZ series.
Pit against fellow Atlantan foursome 112, the groups were compared shortly after this past weekend’s Nelly vs. Ludacris event. When weighing hypothetical contenders for the next showdown, Beatz remembered Jermaine Dupri‘s suggestion of J.E. vs. 112.
“[Jermaine Dupri,] keep that same energy!” Swizz said during the Live. “Jagged Edge vs. 112. Can you make that happen, JD? Because a lot of people say what they want to see, but can you pick up the phone and make that happen? I would love to see Jagged Edge vs. 112. Get them on the phone, JD. Let’s go.”
Tim echoed the sentiment and chimed in with:
“Come on now [J.D.], don’t play no games,” he said.

Yea, I can take or leave both groups. Meh, they each have a couple bops, but they could finish in about 30 minutes. 🤷🏽♂️

I saw them on the same tour once. The sound was so terrible I couldn’t enjoy either one of them, and JE was definitely looking jagged. The group that gets overlooked is One Chance. They had vocals that 112 and JE didn’t.
