Speaking on Good Morning America moments ago, Bey revealed that filming begun in her backyard and then went global – encompassing regions such as Nigeria, Ghana, London, and Belgium.

As for the core of ‘King,’ she added:

“My hope for this movie is that is shifts the global perception about the word “black”. It’s always meant inspiration, love, strength, and beauty to me. Black Is King means Black is regal and rich, and history and purpose, and lineage.”

Disney coulda paid her millions to put out another “Bday/DIL/IASF” type generic project, the kind y’all been crying for her to go back to, and instead she’s using that money and platform to push black power and pride. Shut yo f@gg0t a$$ up.

If she would carw so much, she wouldnt release it exclusively on one streaming Service.

It’s Business for her. And as her husband’s cheating was her business Model for her last Album, the Black culture is her business Model now

I dont know that her “goal” will be achieved, BUT I am anxious to see what she has come up with. I wish you could buy it instead of only streaming on Disney+. Im sure in 6 months she will package it with The Gift and sell it for $25, lol…

  8. G-bby July 30, 2020

Wow I’m surprised she did some sort of promo lol. I don’t have Disney+ but I’ll watch when it appears on YouTube.

  9. Unnatural July 30, 2020

This movie nothing short of spectacle. It’s an extreme version of the lemonade she put out years ago. Only the stans will see this as art but it’s far from it. Just over the top appropriation. And Disney just wants money so of course they’re going to bring the cash cow that is Beyoncé. She could’ve just gone to Africa on vacay. Call the artists featured on the album and say hey I’m in town let’s just impromptu this s*** and it still would be just as big but way more genuine. She just always manages to miss lately. The last few albums ain’t been it musically so she reaching for anything to stay relevant no matter how irrelevant it is. You can disagree or be mad but that doesn’t change the fact I have this opinion of her. Yes she’s good but not great in recent years.

    • tyty July 30, 2020

You’re still going to watch it…. she literally says some parts where filmed in Africa. You people just whine and whine but in the end still checking for her and can’t stop.
