In a joint announcement made today, it’s been confirmed that the 10 businesses (several of which CiCi nominated) will receive six weeks of training courtesy of Meta – with a particular focus on utilizing Facebook and Instagram’s digital marketing tools to elevate.
To assist the growing businesses, the program will provide the companies with $100,000 in advertising credits and support creatively.
Its unveiling comes ahead of Black History Month and serves as one of many initiatives of the Elevate Training Program.
Speaking on her involvement in the program, GRAMMY winner Ciara said:
“The ten businesses I’ve nominated are dear to me because they embody determination, community, empathy, and empowerment. The success of Black-owned small businesses is key to wealth building in our community, which is why connecting Black owners to these opportunities is so important to me.”
Congrats!
