Queen of Pop Madonna sent her fans into a royal frenzy Wednesday (August 10) when she revisited ‘The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon’ to perform on its popular ‘Classroom Instruments’ segment.
First taking to the platform in 2015 to deliver a reworked version of her 1983 classic ‘Holiday‘ (as we reported here), this time the Material Girl revamped some of her younger material – namely the chart-topping smash ‘Music‘ (from the 2000 album of the same name).
Calling on GRAMMY-winning house band The Roots to assist, hop inside to see Madge work her skills on the triangle as she cranks out a live rendition of her hit ‘Music’ (if you missed it when it first aired).
I clearly missed it but I honestly don’t search for any new sounds from her. I still enjoy a lot listening to Ray of Light, Music, American Life and Confession on a dancefloor and some older ones but I’m not crazy about the last projects. I miss the time when she was kind of visionary, original and unique, I actually feel like she tries to follow what’s already trending at the time… I don’t recognise her, physically, musically, I wish she would stop that mess and go back to what made her being so iconic and ahead of her time because those albums I mentionned are classics to me (and many others) and that will never change.
I agree with your comment. She looks cute here tho. Ray Of Light is a classic album!
Cute performance of a classic timeless song.
