Is Rihanna Glastonbury bound?

Per The Sun, the diva is in discussions to headline the world-renowned UK festival extravaganza for the first time.

A source close to developments is quoted as saying organizers are in “deep talks” with the 34-year-old’s team to have her aboard:

“Rihanna has been approached about Glastonbury and next year’s festival would be just the right timing for her.
She is a huge name for Worthy Farm and would be the perfect addition to the line-up.

Everything about [her] music comeback is being closely guarded but her team has been talking with the Eavis family.”

The news comes as Rih’s comeback single ‘Lift Me Up’ (from the ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ soundtrack) continues to break records. It also comes ahead of the multihyphenate star headlining the 2023 Super Bowl Halftime Show.
