She bests the likes of her ‘Folklore’ album and Adele‘s ’30’ album, which land at #2 and #3 respectively with 1.8 million and 1.7 million pure sales respectively.
Additionally, ‘Midnights’ becomes the first album since Swift’s ‘Reputation’ album to reach this milestone. Overall, it is her seventh album to sell at least 2 million pure sales alone.
It is worth noting that 1 million of her pure sales for ‘Midnights’ come from vinyl sales alone.
