Much like with Katt Williams‘ interview before it, Mo’Nique‘s time on the Shannon Sharpe-hosted ‘Club Shay Shay‘ caused a firestorm of controversy for how explicitly she detailed her gripes with some of Hollywood’s biggest players.
From D.L. Hughley and Kevin Hart to Tiffany Haddish, Al Sharpton, Tyler Perry, Oprah Winfrey, and more, the brazen comedienne didn’t spare much criticism and detail about her estranged relationship with the aforementioned.
Because her delivery on ‘Club’ was met with mixed reception, the Academy Award winner – who has fittingly joined Katt aboard his ‘Dark Matter Tour‘ – took time on stage recently to address the people who say she owes some of the celebrities she dissed an apology.

Taking to the MVP Arena in Albany, New York on Saturday (February 10), Mo delivered a rousing set ahead of Williams’.
Seizing the opportunity to address the hoopla from her ‘Club’ interview, the 56-year-old began by suggesting she was sincerely remorseful about her slam of Perry, Winfrey, and co.
“I was wrestling with myself today in that hotel because I know I gotta give an apology,” she said before naming the intended recipients (as seen in the video above captured by TSR). “Brother Greg Mathis, I heard you. I heard you Stephen A. Smith. When I have communicated something wrong I’m going to say I’m sorry. I’m going to own what I said.”
After relaying it was Tyler who at one time suggested the Queen of Comedy offer a public apology, she delivered it in her own special way.
“Oprah Winfrey and Tyler Perry, I want to apologize for telling y’all to suck my d**ck because I forgot to tell y’all to lick the nuts that came with them,” she said to thunderous applause.
Ouch!
At the time of this report Perry nor Winfrey have publicly responded to Mo’s ‘Club’ interview.
She tried to do things privately, so stay out of it Judge Mathis. Respectfully.

Mo’Nique always presents herself as a calm, innocent, level headed person when talking about how she’s been treated, but she clearly enjoys the conflict. She’s been holding onto this Tyler/Oprah feud since 2009 and keeps on feeding it. Her life and career revolves around it and that’s really sad.

Be clear. Tyler superrich Perry and Megarich Oprah are not spending their valuable$$$$$ time on crying, moaning, complaining 10+ year old grudge having, self sabotaging Blame everybody else self Monique. Intelligent, real business positive energy having folk are not sitting around entertaining old dead tom foolery. Please!!! And all the folk falling for it as if they owe her something.
