Dawn Richard has returned to the witness stand in the ongoing Diddy trial, offering more explosive testimony as part of the prosecution’s case.

The mogul’s defense attorney, Nicole Westmoreland, came out swinging, working to discredit Richard’s allegations and highlight inconsistencies in her statements.
Under cross-examination, Westmoreland pressed Richard on her claim that the Bad Boy founder had made death threats, questioning why this detail wasn’t mentioned during multiple earlier meetings with prosecutors.
Richard was also forced to admit that she had never personally seen Diddy load a gun and that her accounts regarding drug payments had not always been consistent.
The singer testified that when Diddy didn’t get his way, “people could go missing.”
Her statements were also used to support Cassie’s emotional testimony last week.
Richard described witnessing Diddy physically assault Cassie, recalling a 2009 incident where he allegedly punched Cassie Ventura in the face, leaving her with a swollen eye. The two women later attended a public event in Central Park, both wearing sunglasses. When asked why she did the same, Richard simply replied, “Solidarity.”
Elsewhere, Richard’s motives were further probed when it was revealed to the court that she reached out to work with Diddy in recent years.
