The ‘Under the Influence’ hitmaker was denied bail on May 20 after being charged with grievous bodily harm over what prosecutors described as an “unprovoked attack” on a music producer at Tape nightclub in London in 2023.
The judge at Manchester Magistrates’ Court refused to release him, citing the seriousness of the charges, pushing his next court appearance to June 13 at Southwark Crown Court.
Brown, who has yet to enter a plea, will make another bid for bail on Wednesday (May 21) – but with tour dates looming, time could be running out.
