Brit Eady may no longer be on the ’Real Housewives of Atlanta,’ but the drama continues to flow in her personal life.
For, the controversial reality figure has announced that she and her husband are divorcing after five years of marriage.

Taking to Instagram, the one-and-done RHOA star confirmed that she has called time on her union with a businessman.
In an impassioned post, she wrote:
“I’m posting this on the last day of 365 to remove this facade of faking like this marriage is going to work. Everybody can’t come into the next chapter. I’m done hurting and I want to be happy in my next chapter. Cheers to 2026 of putting my happiness first 🥂 ✌🏽
(And for the record as much as I can’t stand him, we are not going to create a false narrative that I’m walking away because of any fake made up rumors).”
The news comes amidst Eady’s legal battle with Bravo.
As reported, the “insurance broker” filed a $20 million lawsuit against the network after skipping the season 16 reunion. Centering her much-discussed showdown with Kenya Moore in the filing, the 37-year-old claimed defamation, sexual harassment, and emotional distress.
No word on the status of that. But, as for her marriage, much like her time on RHOA – it’s a wrap!
