Brit Eady may not have made much of a mark on season 16 of the ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta,’ but she is going the legal route

After skipping the reunion, Eady released what many deemed to be an odd statement claiming that the explicit photos that led to Kenya Moore‘s indefinite suspension from season 16 were not of her.
The 37-year-old’s words perplexed many as the incident defines a significant part of the show’s latest season.
Now, Eady is placing the blame on Bravo for supposedly “falsely yet unmistakably” implying that she featured on the poster boards that Moore displayed.
Per the suit, she alleges the network “contributed to a hostile work environment” and sexually harassed her by subjecting her to “unwelcome, offensive, and sexualized behavior and comments” by mandating her to show up to work after she experienced what she calls a “gendered attack.”
Eady is suing for defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, sexual harassment, and fostering a hostile work environment.
Though notoriously coy about his words and commentary on RHOA matters, Cohen took to X and wrote:
“This is reaching a level of petty that’s beyond even anything I’VE seen!”

None of this would have occurred if she didn’t pull that stunt at her OWN grand opening.

Did Nene not start with the suing thing, believe me or not? These new housewives who are coming into the show know everything that happened in the Bravo universe. Some of them are coming in just to get their opportunity to sue Bravo. Some of those new people who will join the show will not come to make it a success; they are coming to sue and get money. This is the new way to become rich in Hollywood. This has nothing to do with Kenya or what happened; she knew what she wanted from the beginning. That’s what happens when you hire too many unknowing people and think they will do something for the show. Kim Zolciak, Shere, Kenya, friends to the show Marlo and Cynthia—maybe two newbies, and the show would have worked. Andy made a wrong decision with this reboot.

He loves Kenya but she was FIRED , surrreeee. Bravo been sick of her. Not like she has brought in the ratings over the past couple of seasons anyway. RHOA is nothing without NeNe Leakes and that’s on period!!!
If this goes to court, Bravo should not use footage of her threatening Kenya with a gun, which created a hostile environment. They kicked Kenya off, but didn’t remove her for causing that hostile environment.
Imagine pulling a gun on somebody over pictures you claim aren’t yours and then playing the victim… what type of foolishness is this

Brit never planned on coming back hence being a no show at the reunion, and the lawsuit being announced a day after filming began. Kenya has successfully ruined RHOA like Nene always said she would.
Brit is my least favorite of all the girls. She is weird, and interprets everything as an insult. You miss your first reunion? You sue? We know you will not be back. Bye, hunny. Don’t call us. We’ll call you.
