Pretty Ricky star Spectacular Smith is facing serious allegations after a woman filed a civil lawsuit accusing the performer of sexual assault and battery.

The complaint centers on an alleged encounter in Arizona last year and includes claims that the singer and entrepreneur recorded part of the incident without consent.
According to TMZ, Alexis Dieng filed suit against Smith in August over an alleged October 2025 encounter.
She claims the 41-year-old initially contacted her on Instagram seeking restaurant recommendations before the pair later arranged to meet.
Per the complaint, Smith allegedly provided one meeting point before switching the location to a residence in Maricopa County, where Dieng says she arrived alone at approximately 10:30 PM.
The suit alleges that physical contact began before Smith engaged in intercourse with Dieng without her consent. She further claims he placed his hands around her neck and applied pressure that restricted her breathing.
Dieng additionally alleges that all or part of the encounter was recorded without her knowledge or permission.
Her attorney Benjamin Taylor said:
“We plan to seek justice for our client.”
Spectacular has not publicly responded to the lawsuit at the time of writing,
The development comes just months after Smith reunited with his Pretty Ricky bandmates for their much-discussed VERZUZ showdown with B2K.
