Is anyone else growing weary of these so-so efforts from the one-time hitmaker? Where are the ‘Bring ‘Em Out’, ‘What You Know About That’, and ‘Live Ya Life’s for 2012? Because these “new” cuts aren’t cutting it.
I wasn’t even aware that he had a new album coming out. The video is typical and his material since his last stint in prison has been lackluster to say the least. I think that it’s unfortunate but there are up-and-coming rappers that will probably be replacing him soon anyway.
It’s one of the catchiest tracks he’s released in the past few years. It has a chance of charting well. I do respect him for sticking with hip hop, though. He could have crossed over to pop and get easy hits, but he remains a rap artist. And btw, ‘No Mercy’ isn’t half as bad as the critics made it out to be, so maybe his new album will be solid too.
The song is lazy and complacent and for someone such as yourself, that has such a “broad” sense of music and taste, I find it surprising that you still have yet to discern the difference between good music and the trash that you seem to praise every single day.
I still wanted a video to “Castle Walls” ft Christina Aguilera that song would have been a major hit!!!!!
I love it. The song was very good. His mixtape f*** da city up was the s***. He should have released that N***** n Paris as a remix..it was better than the original! #GrandHustle #HustleGang 🙂
