Page Six claims that the former singer, real name Perri Reid, is suing VH1’s parent company Viacom for a whopping $40 million over ‘CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story.”
The report adds that Reid filed the suit in Atlanta federal court, charging that the 2013 flick portrays her “as a conniving and dishonest business woman who hoodwinked three innocent girls and exploited their talent for her own personal gain.”
Additionally, Pebble claims that Viacom “ignored fundamental canons of journalistic and literary conduct by publishing false and defamatory accusations with actual malice.”

Given Pebbles’ intense interview on The Wendy Williams Show following the movie’s release, it’s not at all surprising that she’s making this move. Whether it’s warranted is…open to interpretation.
