The Real Housewives Of Atlanta continues to defy the odds.
Season 7 of the Bravo hit premiered this past Sunday and it’s emerged that the episode has broken ratings records for the network.
According to TV By The Numbers, the show’s return drew a whopping 3.8 million viewers.
And while press releases are pending, the series’ producer Carlos King revealed that the figure represents Bravo’s highest rated premiere…ever!

Say what folk will, but there’s no denying that the Atlanta branch of the ‘Housewives’ franchise is the gift that keeps giving. Indeed, it’s incredibly rare – in both scripted and non-scripted shows – for ratings to rocket so far into its life-cycle. It’s a fact that’s a testament to the show’s captivating cast and skilled producers.
With new addition Claudia Jordan set to join NeNe Leakes and co on-screen in the weeks ahead, we envisage the numbers remaining high…especially with the Phaedra/Apollo story playing out too.
