The British actor John Boyega is baring all on the storm that was ignited when his leading role in the forthcoming ‘Star Wars‘ movie was slammed by critics.
Their problem? His race.
Now, before the movie (named ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens‘) makes its way to movie theatres on December 18th, the rising star has spoken openly and honestly about how he feels about the racially-charged heat he has been facing.

The first few chapters of her solo career saw her make impressive moves in Hollywood with six box office winners (‘Austin Powers: Goldmember’, ‘Fighting Temptations’, ‘Dreamgirls’, ‘The Pink Panther’ ‘Obsessed’, ‘Cadillac Records’ ) but step away from the big screen before the birth of her daughter Blue Ivy.
Now it seems she’s set to make a long-awaited return to it.
U.S. Magazine reports:
She wants to land leading roles in movies and has been taking classes in New York and L.A. for the past year.Bey’s looking for an iconic dramatic role,” adds the source, who notes she turned down NBC’s The Wiz Live! She wants to make a film that’s socially relevant to African American rights.
