The media maven’s reign on the talk-show circuit won’t be easing up anytime soon. Because FOX have renewed the daytime series for another four years.

The confirmation comes after the show’s production company renewed Williams’ personal contract with Lionsgate through to 2022.
Yet, it’s the commitment of FOX to the series (which launched in 2009) that really drives home the show’s success narrative.
With this latest extension, the network will air episodes of the hit talker through to the television 2019-2020 season.
Needless to say, Wendy – who is also producer on the show – is set to remain a “hot topic” for the foreseeable future. More power to her.

People can SEETHE all they want but Aunty Wendy is the most successful Black talk show host after Oprah and Don Cornelius (Soul Train) and definitely the most successful Black talk show host to DEBUT this century thus far.

She is certainly entertaining and the show has really good bits like Fan Out, Celeb Look A-likes, Ask Wendy that other shows have never duplicated. She was much messier in early days with her TV interviews, but they have gotten much better. I’m entertained by her. Good going!
I’m not gon’ lie… I love her. Watch her every night before bed (or in the morning-time when I’m home). She’s entertaining (and messy) AF. Congrats Wendell
