‘Toast’ tells the story of an engaged couple’s weird and wonderful road to marriage, starting from their wedding day and heading back into time to the day they first meet.
The series stands as one of the series Rhimes agreed to create for ABC as part of a lucrative deal signed following her game-changing success with the TV shows ‘Scandal’ and ‘How To Get Away with Murder.’

Sounds great. I love what shonda is doing but I think to really push things forward we need more black led shows in genres we shy away from like Sci-fi, super hero, something for the lads that doesn’t involve the streets or music.
But she really is great at what she does
I didn’t watch it but it sounds like How I Met Your Mother. And with a director from Modern Family and flash backs I picture a mash of those shows but with HTGAWM style flashbacks. Wonder if the new foray will work as well as her dramas.
