Production on ‘Scream Queens’ second season has kicked off and exciting new details from its set have surfaced online.

Looking forward to what the Emma Roberts-fronted show  has in store for its fans this time around?

‘Queens‘ first season told the tale of a sorority house hunted by a masked killer who sets out to make its sisters pay for the part they played in a tragic death twenty years earlier.

Starring Niecy Nash, Nick Jonas, KeKe Palmer, Lucien Laviscount, Ariana Grande and Emma Roberts, the show’s popularity among teens saw it picked up for a second season which will follow the lives of season one’s survivors.

After revealing it will be set in a mental hospital, executive producer Brad Falchuk revealed:

Dean Munsch has moved on to great success, she’s abolished the Greek system in the country…she’s written her book, she’s traveled the world, and is like, ‘I need a new mission’,”This leads her into the health care field, where she decides to purchase a hospital and “runs the hospital the way she sees fit” taking on the seemingly incurable “cases that no one else will take.”

Viewers can also look forward to the introduction of four new male characters and the aforementioned Nash seeing her character, Denise, join the FBI following her efforts to unmask season one’s killer.
