Cathy has now moved on to her new career as a doctor and is no longer the Dean of Wallace University anymore. However, the characters still address her as “Dean Munsch”. She will also not be a doctor this season, but will “possibly” be a patient. According to Lea , she has been “uniquely placed” in the hospital setting.
