As thespians go, few come as seasoned or respected as Denzel Washington and Viola Davis.
This Holiday, the powerful pair team up for ‘Fences’ – a flick many industry commentators have already tipped for Oscar success.
The film – a re-telling of the Tony winning play – is set in the 1950s and shares the story of a once-promising baseball player (Washington) who now drives a trash truck and must deal with raising his family.
Thematically, the movie strikes a number of emotional chords; a point its titillating points to in earnest.

Don’t say OSCAR when it comes to African American Films.. all of sudden Nate Parker was in line to become the best director for ” Birth of A Nation” Now controversy about his past have diminished all chances of that.
