Keyshia Cole Joins ‘Love & Hip Hop Hollywood’

Published: Thursday 23rd Mar 2017 by Nehemiah

Folk may be under the impression that Keyshia Cole was done with television, but that couldn’t be further from the truth.

With her new album ‘1111 Reset‘ set for release later this year, the songstress has reportedly joined the charismatic cast of ‘Love & Hip Hop Hollywood.’

Full story below…

After rumors swirled of the Oakland native’s potential presence on the Mona Scott Young franchise, she appeared on the Breakfast Club where she denied the claims.

According a new report, the ‘You‘ singer became apprehensive following the negative response at the possibility of her joining the hit reality drama.

Now, it appears the singer has pressed the reset button with producers. Taking to Twitter, Keyshia confirmed the news of her joining the likes of Ray J, Teairra Mari, Lil Fizz, and Safaree.

Despite what some may say about her, the 35-year-old has always managed to provide some of the best moments in reality TV with accompaniment of her family. Hopefully, she’ll stay out of the frivolous fray the consumes the rest of the cast storylines.

I hope Keyshia realizes that her appearance on this series is NOT going to revitalize the 2.3 – 3 mil album sales that framed her first three releases. Her appearing alongside these irrelevant small screen personalities is NOT going to reignite interest in her R&B ballads or mid-tempo’s. Im sorry. This is a HUGE setback. The Mona Scott platform only worked in favor of K. Michelle because she was NEW. This is a BIG career mistake Keyshia.

They don’t focus on the music

The story arc is always manufactured drama

That’s why k Michelle is done

I’m here for it, if she uses the platform the RIGHT way. Do as K Michelle did, try to focus soley on the music as much as possible, and use that to take you elsewhere.

Keyshia is a Queen she is above this ! Whyyy is she doing this ? But I love her so I’ll be watching. She said that she will be away from the drama so I guess that’s a good thing. Hopefully her work ethic rubs off on my girl Teairra Mari on the show because that girl is too talented to be wasting her time with the BS.
