MoNique Suggests Oprah Winfrey Exploited Sexual Molestation Horror

Published: Sunday 21st May 2017 by David

The actress Monique inspired thousands survivors of sexual abuse around the world when she revealed that her older brother had molested her when she was a child.

Shortly after, her good friend Oprah Winfrey invited her family onto her talkshow to quiz them on how the abuse started and how and why Monique’s parents had been able to maintain a relationship with their son even after hearing their daughter’s story.

This month, Monique took to the net to blast Winfrey and her ‘Precious’ collaborator Lee Daniels after learning of their supposed decision to blackball her.

Today, she has revealed that she feels Oprah manipulated a personal moment they shared for ratings.

Mo-Nique can’t get out her own way. She feels some type of way because she WENT overboard and refused to promote Precious and acted like a A_sshole. Girl, you reap what you sown. We all know Lee Daniels can do or without women, he is all about the cute Light Skin boys, and that’s that.

Re your point about Lee, it’s clear that he hates and is intimidated by women which is why he took pleasure in bullying Halle and Monique. Re Oprah? Watching this has made me see why Monique acted the way she did. They befriended and manipulated her. You should really watch the whole video before you judge because my opinion on Oprah has changed now. She’s sneaky.

Damn why are you so late posting all this stuff. She already posted another video yesterday about how Tyler Perry called her after this video to talk it out with her.

This bitter biatch! She refused to play politics and campaign for her Oscar, she refused to do promo for Precious unless she got paid per appearance all because she had a show on BET at the time. BET! ?? She has/had the right to do all of this. However, the producers of the movie also have the right to distance themselves from her as well. You made your bed, Quit complaining about what you did to YOURSELF!

You told no lies. Mo’Nique’s issues with Oprah weren’t the reason she refused to promote for Precious, with the great irony being that she won the Oscar anyway. Mo’Nique’s behavior behind all of this has been unprofessional in the extreme, which is the real reason she got blackballed. Notably, she promoted the heck out of Blackbird when her own funds were on the line.

Yall are stupid as hell. LOL like im convinced some of you have some sort or disorder frf. Monique DID promote precious in the US and she fullfilled all of the demands that were in her contract. They asked her to go overseas for FREE and promote. That was NOT a paid gig and she wanted to spend time with her family. This shows how many of u idiots did NOT watch the video. Just because yall f*** and suck for free doesnt mean she has to be a house nxgga for free and do what shes TOLD just because “they” want her too. I rock with Mo because she stood her ground. She shouldnt have to do ANY promo overseas if its not paid for wtf!? If it was Charlize Theron, Angelina Jolie i guarentee you they would have gave them their coin. Black people truly annoy me lol.

I am Team Monique 100%. When you have African-Americans like Wendy Williams, Sheryl Underwood, and Steve Harvey coming out as surrogates to protect the African-American Trinity (Oprah, Tyler, and Lee) I am not amused. Now if Black Americans like Eryka Badu, Lauryn Hill, Danny Glover, and Angela Davis spoke out against Monique, then I’ll listen. Go Monique. Stay in your truth. You are giving strength to many people who wants to stay true, even in their non-celebrity job, but are afraid. #TeamMonique
