Bill Cosby Enlists Michael Jackson Attorney To Head Defence Team In Retrial

Published: Monday 21st Aug 2017 by Sam

Bill Cosby is pulling in the big guns ahead of his retrial for sexual assault.

And he’s tapped a prominent name to aid his case.

Full story below…

As widely reported, over 50 women have come forward accusing the beleaguered comedian of drugging and sexually assaulting them.

However, Andrea Constand‘s claim (dating back to an alleged incident in 2004) is the only one to proceed to trial due to fact the statute of limitations haven’t run out.

That case ended in a mistrial back in June and saw 80 year old Cosby walk free. Temporarily.

A retrial date was subsequently set for November 6th; and with pre-trial hearings set to commence this week, Cosby’s rep has announced a change in his legal representation.

Previous attorneys Brian McMonagle and Angela Agrusa are out and have been replaced by a team led by Tom Mesereau.

The renown lawyer is most notable for securing a “Not Guilty” verdict for Michael Jackson in his 2005 abuse trial.

Other attorneys now in the defence mix for Cosby include Kathleen Bliss and Sam Silver.

The fallen icon is currently free on $1 million bail. [Source]

This makes yours truly feel all sorts of uneasy.

Because, as a MJ fan who followed his 2005 trial with eagle-like precision it was clear that the evidence pointed towards his innocence.

But with Bill Cosby, the sheer volume of accusations along with the eery similarities between each woman’s account arguably suggests otherwise. Arguably.

By taking on Tom Mesereau, the broader media will no-doubt tie the cases together when the reality is that there aren’t any links beyond the accused being famous.

In any case, and most importantly, we just hope – one the facts are laid out – that justice is served.

Smart move on his part, Michael successfully avoided being found guilty, even tho he was.

Michael Jackson did not r*** and m***** that little boy .,. Bill Cosby needs the Nation of Islam like Michael Jackson had

The Nation of Islam is a black supremacist and antisemitic group, funny because they adopted Islam, which has nothing to do with sub-Saharan Africans. I often wonder why black peoples still follow Abrahamic religions, couldn’t be more contradictory.

The evidence in the Michael Jackson case didn’t point to guilty without a doubt. But he was definitely having relationships with those kids. I love MJ but I believe those boys

@S****** B|tch I already told you to stop your racist rants on this urban blog. You are always first to comment on anything dealing with black people and make it about your racist agenda. You have no life! Michael Jackson was NOT a p********! He was trying to re-live his missed childhood by befriending those kids as friends but there is no proof or evidence that he had s** with any of them so STFU. The NOI has not been a black supremacist group since 1975 so get your facts straight b|tch! Black people are free to join whatever religion they choose. Only racist people think a person’s skin color dictates their moral and religious beliefs. Now go ride a sick d|ck and die racist b|tch!!!

I am of mixed rAce, you assume only blacks exist ….The Muslims Michael brought to court showed strength in numbers to fight racism not to see an innocent black man again go to jail.

, Michael was not guilty of raping and molesting a child..the child had lied and his parents the evidence showed and they just took a check $$$$$$$$$$$$
