She never sought to control my shooting process, and I didn’t second-guess the narrative of the film as I was shooting. I just gathered evidence. The film is a deliberately present-tense experience; for me this is the thrill-ride of verité cinema.

The G.j docu better be done right…,ray Charles……Ali had phenomenal films made of them….even the dreamgirls……it seems like aaliyah, Whitney and MJ still needs their story told…this documentary of the stunningly beautiful grace Jones should be done right or not at all
