‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta‘ continues to put a smile on the faces of execs at NBC this year.

Now in its tenth season, the series stands as the highest-rated ‘Housewives’ creation in NBC history has made household names out of its leading ladies.
Powered by its current star Porsha Williams, the show’s latest cycle has extended its run as the biggest, best and boldest in the ‘Housewives’ pack by sweeping up 33.89 viewers in the United States alone.
This mammoth number is expected to soar north of 100 million once the season impacts international markets and does not include figures from its latest episode, ‘Nightmare on Peachtree Street‘ or its forthcoming reunion specials.
Fuelling its popularity? America’s ‘Black Belt.’
The Black Belt is a region of the Southern United States. The term originally described the prairies and dark fertile soil of central Alabama and northeast Mississippi. Because this area in the 19th century was historically developed for cotton plantations based on enslaved African-American labor, the term became associated with these conditions.

Umm lots of people buy and furnish houses wit stolen funds that are all races. MexicansMexicans and Cubans do it with drug money. Whites be doingit with money scamming (all of the Jersey housewives cast for example) or drug money. At least Sheree got a man helping her pay for things. Phaedra’s raggedy niqqa Apollo was draining her dry and helped her get fired (he turned Kandi against her by feeding her info).

Exactly. Porshia’s facial expression was priceless. It was like “B|tch what you coming at me for” and then Marlong chasing Porshia around the room was beyond being a bully. That man needs to sit his old asss down somewhere and stop bullying women. Marlon is the same man who got arrested for knifing up a woman’s face and the same woman committed s****** after not being able to live with the disfigurement Marlon did to her. Marlon is a criminal, a felon, and a dangerous liability to the show. Marlon is D-classing the show.
