Bill Cosby‘s efforts to have his rape case thrown out of court has been smashed to smithereens.

Cosby is due to be sentenced next week following his conviction for his sexual assault against Andrea Constand.
Concerned the judgment won’t work in his favour, the disgraced comedian asked Judge Steven O’Neill to recuse himself as the Cosbys are convinced that he is feuding with a man Bill hoped could rescue him from his doom..Montgomery County District Attorney Bruce Castor.
Bill believes Castor’s testimony wasn’t heard in the case because O’Neill loathes him.
The court’s findings?
This court simply has no bias against any witness called by the defense or the Defendant himself.
With that, Bill’s request to be handled by another judge was denied.
He is accused of raping over 50 women.
