Mark those calendars, because ‘Aladdin’ flies back onto the big screen on May 24th 2019!
And to whip up buzz, Disney have unleashed the first look trailer of the classic tale’s live-action remake.
Guy Ritchie serves as director for the blockbuster which stars newcomers Mena Massoud as Aladdin and Naomi Scott as Jasmine. Hollywood icon Will Smith is the flick’s biggest draw; he’s been tapped to appear as Genie.
With the 1992 animation original grossing a colossal $500 million, expectations are naturally sky-high.

The trailer looks like they spared no expense when it came to making it. I wish we could have gotten a snippet of some of the acting/scene but I understand why they didn’t. I guess they will show more the closer we get to the release date next year.
They are probably not done shooting/editing. I’m guessing that’s why???
Music score sounds like it will be great. I hope Will delivers.
