Fans of ‘Scandal’ star Kerry Washington know her storied resume has seen her join forces with comedian/singer Jamie Foxx more than once on film.
Now, alongside their two most famous screen sharing moments (2004’s Ray Charles biopic, ‘Ray,’ and later 2012’s ‘Django Unchained’) the duo is set to reunite for yet another project: a “one night only” live remake of the groundbreaking 1970’s comedy, ‘The Jeffersons.’
Washington’s been added to the sitcom special from Jimmy Kimmel that will re-create episodes of two iconic 1970s sitcoms created by Norman Lear.
