Cyntoia Brown‘s story is to make its way to Netflix.
Positive news for the brave young woman below…
Brown was unfairly imprisoned after she murdered a man in self-defence when she was just a teenage girl.
Why? He was a rapist who threatened to kill her.
Now Netflix is to generate fresh awareness for her case in a bid to fight the ongoing problem that is child abuse/exploitation with a documentary designed to shed light on her life as it is now and the abuse she suffered at the hands of those who were supposed to protect her even before she encountered the pervert she would go on to slay.

if she were a white woman, the legal consequences would have NEVER been put in place. she was in fear of her life & safety. she defended her ability to continue seeing the light of day & then the SYSTEM took that natural power away from her. it’s no surprise here in America, but it’s still a crying SHAME!
