‘Real Housewives Of Potomac’ Pushed To Summer Due To Coronavirus

The ‘Real Housewives Of Potomac’ is the latest show to be impacted by the present pandemic.

For, after initially being set for May 3rd premiere, the fifth season of the Bravo hit has been delayed.

Details below…

Multiple sources confirm that RHOP will now return at a soon-to-be-announced date this summer.

Historically, the launch of each season has strategically tied into the reunion run of sister show the ‘Real Housewives Of Atlanta.’ No doubt due to the overlap of their core audience.

The ‘Potomac’ pushback adds to a growing list of Bravo titles marred by the coronavirus. Case in point the RHOA reunion – which was taped last night virtually – and a halt in production on the new seasons of ‘Real Housewives Of New Jersey,’ ‘Real Housewives Of Dallas,’ and ‘Real Housewives Of Orange County.’

Still, a select line-up of shows will continue in their previously announced slots – including season 2 of ‘Married To Medicine: Los Angeles,’ which is still scheduled to premiere on May 3rd.

As reported, the new season of ‘Potomac’ brings with it the return of staples Gizelle Bryant, Karen Huger, Ashley Darby, Robyn Dixon, Candiace Dillard and Monique Samuels. While, newcomer Wendy Osefo joins the ladies as a main-cast member to shakes things up.
