The Nigerian actor helped the ‘Star Wars’ movie empire draw in new audiences and generate millions of dollars when he stepped into its world as the character Finn.
This week he has shared that he has no interest in returning to the ‘Star’ family as he has moved on from the character and has set his sights on new creative ground.
He shared a picture from the set of his upcoming TV show, Small Axe. One fan questioned whether he would be making another appearance in the franchise to which Boyega replied “lol no thank you. I’ve moved on” followed by a heart emoji. Going forward, Boyega has multiple projects in the works – including a crime drama called Naked Singularity.
John’s last ‘Star Wars’ release earned $1 billion at the Box Office.
He complained many times about this last trilogy he was a part of and his criticism was in no way constructive. It makes me dislike him and his character.
