Tariq is a very unlikable character I’m surprised they did a show based on him as the lead. He comes of as a petulant child playing gangster. Meh won’t be watching.

tyty lady boy, why don’t you use your Jasmine profile anymore?

I agree — horrible story arc. Courtney Kemp decided Tariq’s fate a few seasons ago, but nothing about his storyline makes sense. Tariq is a spoiled little rich kid whose parents would have given him anything he could buy from selling drugs, so his total turn to the dark side made no sense.

I think they had kind of played out the storylines with Ghost, but they could have sent him to the Gov’s mansion and let him be a supporting character, rather than killing him off.

I won’t be watching any of the books, chapters, volumes, novels… I was already disappointed with Angela’s fate, but the final season made me dislike the show even more. Tariq went the whole last season with zero redeeming qualities, and there wasn’t an ounce of believability in the way Ghost was killed. I have lost all interest in Power.
