Octavia Spencer and Riz Ahmed are to planning to ‘Invade’ Amazon Studios.

The movie is to be shot later this year and will tell the tale of two human beings with ties to the Marines who find themselves forced to face a threat which is anything but human.
Amazon were keen to ensure its rivals didn’t bag the Spencer-fronted project so purchased the rights to own and distribute it worldwide following the success of her movies ‘Ma’, ‘The Help’ and the ‘Shape of Water’.
Spencer agreed to star in the movie after committing to recreating Roald Dahl’s ‘The Witches‘.
