The ‘Power’ universe expands in a major way this Fall.
For, the much-loved STARZ franchise is gearing up to launch its first spin-off – ‘Power Book II: Ghost.’
Set to arrive on screens on September 6th, the show will pick up where the original left off.
New names such as Mary J. Blige and Method Man appear with Power’ alums Naturi Naughton, Shane Johnson, Gianni Paolo, and Quincy Tyler Bernstine.

Love Mary but meh, I’ll pass. This type of show is so cliche and predictable now.
Good to see she’s moving forward with her acting projects. She was awesome in Umbrella Academy S1 and I missed not seeing her on S2.
Tariq was an idiot on Power over and over again, culminating with the fact that he killed his father for nothing, but since Courtney Kemp was determined to do this show, I will check it out. I guess they’re going to suddenly turn Tariq into a mastermind, but whatever.
Based on this trailer, I think Method Man would have been great to play Terry Silver on Power. I never understood the casting of that role.
