Nene Leakes has made no secret of the fact that she’s about her coins. However, it seems her former bosses aren’t interested in sending any her way.

Per a new report, Leakes is alleged to have requested $125,000 to appear at friend Cynthia Bailey‘s lavish wedding last weekend. A ceremony that was captured on camera and will air as part of season 13 of the ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta.’
The alleged move is notable given Leakes’ conduct since claiming that she was “forced out” of the hit reality series.
In her many rants, the RHOA original claimed she was offered just six episodes for season 13 of what is typically an 18-22 episode show.
According to the same report, the one-off $125,000 wedding fee Leakes allegedly asked for is said to be based on the per-episode rate she was offered to return for season 13; which, if she accepted, would have made for a total of $750,000 for six episodes work.
As has become apparent, she declined.
In turn, Bravo reportedly passed on the wedding request. As such, it looks like there indeed will be no Nene on season 13 of RHOA.

She made $750K for six episodes that she ruined and we have to sit through months of her high profile breakdown? She should’ve did the same for the new season and found a new hustle, once she got a new footing somewhere else fade out from the show gracefully. She could’ve did an entire fairwell video and left on goodterms with even more checks but NOPE! She left leaving a bad taste in any future employers mouth before even meeting them.
See this makes sense to me. Because they would have mic’d her and used her for promo for ratings and then wouldn’t have made any money off the use of her name. This had nothing to do with Cynthia. I’m sure Cynthia understands
Thank you! This is the first time I am agreeing with Nene. 175k is nothing to pay her since they were paying that per episode anyway. And obviously they would have heavily promoted Nene return for the wedding. As much as I dislike her, that would have been a big episode.
Nene would have had to give her consent to being mic’d and appearing on the show, so she could have gone w/o being edited into RHOA.
But… the wedding wasn’t filmed because of the large number of people Cynthia had at the wedding and production not wanting to be liable. So this is not true?

They extended filming to get a “new” finale… considering ATL normally premieres in November and we don’t have a trailer and a Salt Lake City premier date for then I assume that is true until proven wrong. A videographer was present, and some cameras were stationed in the venue for footage, but their normal filming infrastructure was not in place.

To be honest, it makes sense – bravo were shooting the wedding and it will be part of season 13 so they would have put a mic on her and wanted to use her footage for ratings and to help promote it – F*** them, don’t let them use you for free to cash in after they replace you on the show.
