In breaking news, it’s been announced that Dustin Diamond, famed for playing Screech in ‘Saved By The Bell,’ has sadly died. He was 44.

The actor, renown for his role on the hit NBC sitcom died today, according to his rep.
As reported, Diamond was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer just two weeks ago.
Per TMZ, his condition declined rapidly last week and he was removed from breathing machines in a bid to transition him to hospice care. His father was by his side when he died.
Diamond starred as Screech for four seasons and also appeared in follow-up shows ‘Saved by the Bell: The College Years’ and ‘Saved by the Bell: The New Class.’ The latter of which he featured in for five seasons as Belding’s assistant.
