In a developing story, it’s been confirmed that Kim Kardashian has filed for divorce from Kanye West.

TMZ revealed that the couple’s seven-year union is officially over.
Word is that the split (which has been murmured about for months) is amicable.
Per the report, Kardashian is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their four children. Co-parenting is believed to be a big priority for the pair and they are said to be very much on the same page when it comes to that.
Similarly, a prenuptial agreement was in place since they married on May 24, 2014. Hence, much of the granular details are already agreed upon.
When it comes to reaching a property settlement, an agreement is believed to imminent.
It’s long been reported that Kardashian (who is repped by legal wiz Laura Wasser) was seeking an out from the marriage. And, for many, it seemed to be a case of “when” rather than “if” the filing would be made.
Both West and Kardashian have been headline-grabbers for much of their respective stints in the spotlight. However, Ye’ upped the ante last year when he controversially ran for US President and had a public meltdown at a rally in which he verbalized disparaging comments about his wife and her family.
Sans a few select appearances together, they’ve reportedly been living separately for months.
