Jennifer Lopez isn’t slowing down.
The singer and actress has just booked her next movie, a Netflix film called ‘The Mother.’

Deadline reports that Lopez will star in and produce the action movie, which is ‘Mulan’ director Niki Caro is in talks to direct.
In the movie, Lopez will play a deadly female assassin who comes out of hiding to protect her daughter that she gave up years before, while the pair are on the run from dangerous men.
‘The Mother’ is not Lopez’s only movie in the works with Netflix. It was previously announced that she will star in and produce in ‘The Cipher,’ an adaptation of Isabella Maldonado novel.
