Movie Trailer: Netflix’s ‘Concrete Cowboy’ [starring Idris Elba, Caleb McLaughlin, & Jharrel Jerome]

After ample teasing, this week brought with it the official trailer for Netflix’s original film ‘Concrete Cowboy.’

Produced by Lee Daniels, the father-son drama – inspired by the G. Neri novel ‘Ghetto Cowboy’ -stars Idris Elba  and Caleb McLaughlin as its key stars while notable names like Jharrel Jerome, Byron Bowers, and Clifford “Method Man” Smith fill out the rest of the cast.

Official plot:

“While spending the summer in North Philadelphia, a troubled teen (Caleb McLaughlin) is caught between a life of crime and his estranged father’s (Idris Elba) vibrant urban-cowboy subculture.”
