Janelle Monáe is once more making her way to the big screen.
For, the music superstar has just signed on to star alongside Daniel Craig in ‘Knives Out 2.’

Craig will reprise his role as from the original whodunit movie as detective Benoit Blanc. Edward Norton and Dave Bautista are also set to appear in the new installment, according to Variety.
Many of the details of the sequel are being kept under wraps as of now, such as what role Monáe will play in the film.
However, the project will serve as the second installment in the franchise. The original ‘Knives Out’ starred Jamie Lee Curtis, Chris Evans, Toni Collette, Ana de Armas, and Christopher Plummer. It earned more than $300 million at the box office and an Oscar nomination for Rian Johnson’s original screenplay.
Monáe is no stranger to the big screen. She previously starred in ‘Moonlight’ and ‘Hidden Figures’ among other film.
Couple her fantastic film resume with the success of the first ‘Knives Out’ and ‘Knives Out 2’ is shaping up to be one hotly anticipated movie.
