NBC has reaffirmed its commitment to two of its most notable new shows, ‘Young Rock’ and ‘Kenan.’
For, both shows have been renewed for second seasons by the network.

Both shows launched on February 16 to strong ratings and have been building a solid audience in the months since.
‘Young Rock’ chronicles the early life of Hollywood superstar Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, while the Kenan Thompson-led ‘Kenan’ is a sitcom about the life of a former sitcom actor turned morning show host embarking on a new chapter in life.
Lisa Katz, president of scripted programming for NBCUniversal Television and Streaming said of the pick-ups:
“It has been a true joy to watch Dwayne Johnson & Kenan Thompson on NBC every week and see families connect with their relatable, entertaining and heartwarming stories.
