Buckle up for ‘The Real Housewives of Dubai’!
For, Bravo has announced that its famed ‘Housewives’ franchise is expanding with its first-ever international addition.

While ‘The Real Housewives…’ format has been licensed in many regions, this marks the first time an “official” international edition has been commissioned to air on Bravo.
Set to air in 2022, the show (which has yet to commence production) promises to deliver a fresh take on the drama that has come to define the format.
Per a press release, the series will highlight “a group of women navigating their relationships, careers and supremely lavish and ultra-wealthy lifestyles in the United Arab Emirates. With the desert paradise of Dubai as the backdrop, this billionaire’s playground is known for its over-the-top opulence, jaw-dropping modern architecture and wild nightlife scene.”
Andy Cohen also trumpeted the news, adding:
“Everything’s bigger in Dubai, and I couldn’t be more excited to launch Bravo’s first international ‘Housewives’ series in a city I’ve been fascinated by for years, with an outstanding group of friends as our guides.”
