This time, she is firing back at the ‘Gold Digger’ rapper amid her bid to become legally single.

In new documents obtained by TMZ, Kardashian wants to become legally single as soon as she can, saying: “I very much desire to be divorced.”
They go on to say that she wanted to keep the proceedings private despite West’s attempt to make it a public matter. The docs go on to say: “Kanye has been putting a lot of misinformation regarding our private matters and co-parenting on social media which has created emotional distress.”
West has claimed that he wants his family back (as we reported here) despite alleging that the ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star accused him of putting a hit on her. Moreover, he claimed that she tried to keep him from their daughter Chicago’s birthday party (as we reported here).
Kardashian’s lawyer Laura Wasser is set to appear in court next week to have her legal status as a single woman restored.
